PMI Bluebonnet Realty is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Team Lead – Operations & HOA Management to oversee administrative operations and provide leadership support across our managed community associations. This role combines hands-on operational work with team coordination, quality control, and process oversight.

The Team Lead serves as a primary support resource for community managers, ensures consistency in Board and homeowner communications, and helps guide administrative workflows. The ideal candidate is responsive, detail-oriented, confident in decision-making, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced, remote environment.
