This role combines hands-on operational work with team coordination, quality control, and process oversight.
The Team Lead serves as a primary support resource for community managers, ensures consistency in Board and homeowner communications, and helps guide administrative workflows. The ideal candidate is responsive, detail-oriented, confident in decision-making, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced, remote environment.
