We're seeking Team Lead for our Delivery Stations. In this role you will be responsible to expand and manage operations for a new delivery channel, people and performance management and driving the operational plan.

Key job responsibilities
Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of Transportation operations; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement.
Map business requirements, understand business processes, study and analyze workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications .
