Team lead Bank Reconciliation

Are you an accountant with experience in bank reconciliations and general accounting? Do you have advanced English and can communicate fluently with international teams? This opportunity is for you! We are looking for a lead the team responsible for bank reconciliations team. This role involves direct interaction with stakeholders in the USA, EMEA and LATAM , so the interview will be entirely in English . What you’ll do: Supervise and review bank reconciliations and accounting processes. Guide the team in using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP). Resolve discrepancies and collaborate with global teams. Lead continuous improvement initiatives. Key requirements: ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience. ✔ Advanced English (spoken and written) – mandatory for interviews and daily work. ✔ 5 years in general accounting and bank reconciliations. ✔ Experience leading teams and working with ERP systems.
