Overview

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a highly skilled Team Lead for our AI-Native Engineering team within IT. This role drives strategic AI native tooling adoption, engineering modernization, and enterprise-wide enablement efforts that are highly visible across WWT — including regular interaction with C-level executives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of the IT Software Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE), this role will lead a high-performing team made up of Analysts and Developers, fostering a culture of innovation, rapid experimentation, and AI proficiency.
