Responsibilities

• Directly manage Break Fix specialists who monitor and intervene in break fix transactions.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure delivery of the contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA) with customers.
• Report directly to the Break Fix Operations Manager and work with other Lexmark employees and teams within the geo of support, as well as the O2R organization globally.
