We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to head a high-performing 2nd and 3rd-line Workspace Management team. You will support a major German enterprise client as they navigate a critical 18-month roadmap to a full Cloud environment.
This isn’t just about “keeping the lights on”—it’s about leading people through change, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring a world-class service delivery during a transformative period.
Team Purpose
The team provides 2nd and 3rd line Workspace management services for a large German customer, covering:
Windows endpoint & mobile device management
(software updates, configuration management, OS deployment)
Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Manager
(Intune administration and Microsoft Configuration Manager maintenance)
Software packaging
