Role Overview

The Team Lead - Business Development will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, expanding existing accounts, and leading a team of Business Development Executives.

This role requires a strong hunter mindset combined with leadership capabilities to scale revenue and build a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and acquire new clients in Engineering, Medical Device, Pharma, and Biotech sectors.
• Generate contract (W2, C2C, 1099) and full-time staffing requirements.
• Conduct client meetings, capability presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic account development.
• Support bench marketing efforts to reduce consultant idle time.
