Job Overview:
We are hiring Senior Developers at a Team Lead level. The role requires strong CMS expertise, solid backend development skills, and the ability to communicate directly with clients. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and handling client-facing responsibilities in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development tasks and take ownership of CMS-based projects
- Work directly with clients, attend meetings, and clearly understand requirements without repeated instructions
- Develop and maintain websites using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow
- Adapt to and work with other CMS platforms when required
- Handle backend development tasks, including API integrations and JavaScript-based functionality
