The Collections Team plays a critical role in safeguarding the financial health of the organization by managing the timely recovery of outstanding receivables. This team serves as the bridge between finance, sales, and operations, ensuring that customer accounts are well-managed, disputes are resolved promptly, and payments are received in accordance with agreed terms.

In this role, team members are responsible for overseeing the end-to-end collections process—from monitoring aging reports and engaging with customers to applying payments and preparing management reports. The role requires a blend of analytical thinking, effective communication, and customer service skills to maintain strong client relationships while protecting the company's cash flow.
