Your Role
As a part of the Customer Success Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of Customer Success plans and programs are realized. You will achieve this by recruiting, coaching and growing a high-performing CSM team, but also with successful planning and responsibility distribution within the team.
Customer Success Manager will be your main reporting line and sparing partner, where the main expectation will be to ensure that the contractually agreed services are delivered for defined global and local accounts. End-to-end holistic delivery of the agreed operational service for key strategic customers, managing the customer interface on all elements of the operational contract across internal functions, processes, and people, will be your main operational tasks, which will define your success in the role.
