team lead developer

We're hiring a true Senior Full-Stack Developer who can run work independently — without a dedicated project manager.

This is an on-site role in Lahore (no remote). We'll provide a laptop, proper infrastructure, and salary on time. In return, we need someone highly reliable, punctual, and self-organized: you can take a messy situation, create clarity, and ship consistently.

E-commerce experience (Shopify or similar) is a strong plus.

Tasks

• Own delivery end-to-end: clarify requirements, break work into tasks, estimate, execute, ship
• Turn rough ideas into a clear plan: tickets, milestones, priorities, and next actions
• Build and maintain full-stack features (frontend, backend, APIs, database)
• Handle integrations (webhooks, third-party services, payments if needed)
• Set up and improve deployments/infra (environments, CI/CD, monitoring, logs)
• Debug production issues fast, document fixes, prevent repeats
