Team Lead, Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a team of manufacturing engineers to support daily operations in programming, tooling, process routing, and secondary processes (honing, blasting, coating, and torque-up).
Lead and guide the team in completing Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects to improve manufacturing processes.
Monitor production performance to ensure monthly efficiency targets and optimal utilization of machinists and machines are achieved.
Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any non-conforming jobs and resolve issues collaboratively as a team.
Actively explore new manufacturing approaches, tooling, and technologies to enhance organizational capabilities; lead and manage CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) initiatives for required equipment purchases.
Actively participate in and contribute to HSE initiatives, including hazard/incident identification, risk assessment, and determination of control measures.
