We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Team Lead – Fiduciary Operations Billing team

Serve as a first-level leader overseeing the daily operations of a dedicated support team. You will ensure that established protocols, schedules, and service levels are consistently met while fostering an environment that promotes high-quality work and exceptional client service.
