Team Lead, Finance CAPEX

Summary of Role
Responsible to collect, validate, reconcile the information, and update the records related to CAPEX-Investments. Monitor the status and follow-up for delivery of quality and timely reporting with Fleet Upgrade department. Validate and analyse actual expenditure against budget and update the status.
Key Result Areas
Provide timely reporting and meaningful analysis of CAPEX projects to support management in decision making.
Project cost management.
Conduct continuous/regular review and recommend process improvements to achieve efficiency and take on new projects or assignments through automation and technology.
Responsibilities:
1) Monthly Closing Reporting for a scope of capex-investment
Check and validate actual spending against and committed Purchase Order and budget
Follow-up any pending Purchase Orders with Fleet Upgrade dept and ensure closure
Reclassify the Purchase Orders for wrong allocation and accounting treatments
