Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. 
Drive end-to-end ownership of projects, including design, development, deployment, and support. 
Architect, design, and implement scalable solutions using .NET framework, ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, Angular 14+, and MS SQL Server. 
Ensure code quality, design patterns, and best practices are consistently applied. 
Optimize database queries and improve performance of SQL Server-based solutions. 
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (or similar tools). 
Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of features. 
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support team growth. 
Work with AWS Cloud for deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications. 
Manage Git/Bitbucket repositories and ensure proper branching, ...
