Description 【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 The Team Lead of Medical Information (MI) Inquiry-Japan is responsible for direction and strategy, in alignment with the Global MI team, of the Japan Standard Response Development and Escalation Team (Japan MI Team). This team is responsible for developing and maintaining MI content and managing escalations across Astellas products and therapeutic areas in Japan. This role requires strategic leadership in a matrix environment. It ensures the Japan MI Team is integrated into the global MI team’s ways of working and drives MI content innovation and timely, efficient content creation that meets channel/format preferences to provide a seamless customer experience worldwide, including Japan.
