Team Lead - Home & Gift

**Summary:**

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, the Retail Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful day to day operation of a retail store department.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide supervision and leadership to the team members of the department, in partnership with the manager
+ Delegate tasks and work assignment to team members by giving clear and concise direction, and follow up to ensure proper execution
+ Foster the growth and development of team members by training various standard operating procedures and processes
+ Ensure team members follow all standard operating procedures and systems processes, following up to provide correction and guidance when needed, and reporting violations to the manager
+ Perform administrative tasks related to their assigned department
+ Provide legendary customer service by identifying and evaluating customers’ needs, and making product recommendations based off this analysis
