Your tasks

ContiTech is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Operations Team Leader Americas for our HR Service Governance & Systems team.

This role will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of HR Services Specialists in Manila and Mexico
• Ensuring governance for HR Services processes in the Americas region
• Managing quality issues / service requests coming from the locations related to outsourced processes
• Supporting service related transformations
• Supporting locations in their outsourcing activities
• Leading preparation for BPO in non-BPO scope countries

Your profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, Service Center background and leadership experience preferred
• Experience with HR management of HR systems and data analysis tools
