About this opportunity:
The Team Lead, HR Services is responsible for leading the front-line HR support function and ensuring an exceptional, consistent employee experience across all service channels. As the first point of contact within HR, the team supports employees through ServiceNow cases, phone, email, and live chat. This role combines people leadership, operational oversight, and service excellence to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality resolution of HR inquiries.
In partnership with the HR Services Manager, the Team Lead plays a critical role in co-designing and operationalizing self-service capabilities, with a strong focus on Knowledge Base (KB) strategy, governance, and continuous improvement. This position requires a hands-on leader who can balance daily service delivery with longer-term improvements in knowledge management, metrics, and process standardization.
