Job Description

Team Lead HSE (Construction)
Penspen is urgently looking for Team Lead HSE (Construction) for one of our Offshore PMC projects to be based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification Required
The candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Responsibilities
Lead HSE planning and execution across offshore sites, including artificial islands, platforms, and subsea systems.

Develop and implement HSE policies, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.

Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and closed.

Interface with client representatives, regulatory bodies, and EPC contractors to ensure alignment with project HSE goals.

Mentor and supervise HSE officers and engineers, fostering a proactive safety culture.

Ensure compliance with ADNOC and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSH...
