Youth Outreach Empowerment Support Service (YOESS) program, Surrey Reporting to: Manager, Youth Services, Surrey North.

Position: Full‑time Team Lead (35 hours per week), Grid 17 ($34.69 - $36.19/hour).

We are seeking a Team Lead to provide leadership ensuring effective delivery of high‑quality, youth‑centered services aligned with PCRS values and strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Manager to ensure effective program operations, financial oversight, quality assurance, and service delivery, including implementing contract requirements and monitoring/reporting on contract outcomes.
• Carry a 0.5 caseload, providing direct support to youth as needed while modeling best practices in engagement, care planning, and documentation.
