Team Lead IT Infrastructure Operations (L2/L3)

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a managed services team providing L2/L3 support for enterprise IT infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of infrastructure/operations engineers

• Provide L2/L3 support for RHEL/Linux servers and platforms

• Manage monitoring and observability platforms

• Act as escalation point for complex infrastructure issues

• Ensure SLA compliance and service quality for client environments

Requirements

• Strong experience in RHEL administration

• Hands-on experience managing monitoring/observability tools

• Minimum 2 years’ experience leading an operations team

• Experience in managed services environments
