Team Lead Mechanical (Karachi & Lahore)

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical mechanical systems, including conveyors, ovens, blowers, and packing machines, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for mechanical failures across production equipment
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for complex machinery, including vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication management.
• Direct and manage day-to-day workshop operations involving fabrication, precision milling, lathe machining, and welding, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Supervise and conduct machining and fabrication tasks, including designing and manufacturing custom components as needed, using lathes, and welding equipment.
