About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead a team of Sales Relationship Managers for our Central Line business. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, team management, target achievement, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing team of Sales Relationship Managers.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
