Job Description
A. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 20–50 CSRs
- Monitor performance, attendance, and quality
- Conduct daily/weekly meetings
- Coach and motivate team members
- Report to management
B. Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in Call Center leadership
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Night shift availability
- US campaign experience preferred (but not mandatory)
C. Perks & Salary:
- Salary: 100K – 150K+
