About the Role NLB Services is looking for an experienced Domestic Team Lead in the India/ Domestic staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and client coordination, team handling especially for Non-IT domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Non-IT requirements.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.
- Source candidates using job portals, social networks, references, and internal databases.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client prerequisites.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
