Team Lead Operations (Sales)
Be in charge of running and managing the call center/telemarketing team, daily.
Understand all organization's products, services, procedures, and guidelines and communicate the same to all team members.
Monitor calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
Conduct regular reviews of agents' performance and organize training sessions for underperformers.
Submit regular daily sales reports (DSRs) to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve / increase / boost the number of daily sales / transfers.
Keep up with trends and happenings in the industry, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company policies.
Ensure a safe, respectful, professional, and harmonious working environment for all other team members.
