Team Lead

Job Purpose

Team Lead – Nostro and Sundry Reconciliation is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end reconciliation process of Nostro and Sundry accounts to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The role involves supervising a team of analysts, ensuring timely identification and resolution of discrepancies, and maintaining effective controls over Nostro & Sundry accounts. The Team Lead will also collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders, contribute to process enhancements, drive automation initiatives, and support audit and reporting requirements to ensure smooth, error-free BAU operations.
