Team Lead

Smart Way Accounting and Tax Services (SATS) is seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeping Team Lead to oversee a portfolio of clients and lead a team of junior bookkeepers. This role requires an individual who can take full ownership of client deliverables, ensure service excellence, and effectively manage internal workflows and team performance. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in execution while maintaining a leadership role in managing team output and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all bookkeeping and financial reporting for assigned clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client onboarding, communication, reporting, and resolving queries. Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all client deliverables.
