I work at Sendcloud, Europes #1 shipping platform. As the Team Lead Partnerships, I manage and coach a team of Partner Managers across the Benelux, Spain, France, and the UK. While we have a Global team handling worldwide giants, my mission is to win the markets from the inside out. I lead the strategy for our Local Heroesthe crucial regional integrations and agencies that dominate specific countries. I dont just sit on the sidelines; I step in to support my team on complex local deals and own strategic partnerships myself. Its my job to foster a high-performance culture where we build the deep local ecosystems across Europe that power Sendclouds growth.
