Job Description

Tenet Healthcare Philippines is looking for a Team Lead – Verification of Benefits (VOB) to oversee daily operations of a healthcare revenue cycle team supporting U.S.-based facilities. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing team performance, ensuring quality and compliance, and supporting the Operations Manager in delivering operational excellence.

This role is ideal for experienced healthcare professionals with strong VOB knowledge and leadership capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or VOB.
• At least 1 year of team leadership or SME experience.
• Strong knowledge of Verification of Benefits (VOB), insurance eligibility, and payer rules.
