Team Lead Performance Optimization (Bogotá)

Lead and develop the team of Performance Optimization managers, providing guidance and support for efficient campaign execution.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Provide transparency to the executive team on campaign progress, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company objectives.
• Oversee the execution of social and search ad campaigns across multiple platforms such as Meta, Tik Tok, Google Ads, Apple Search, Linkedin, and more.
• Maintain expert knowledge on ad specifications, ad units, and templates, ensuring compliance and optimal campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the other team to create an effective strategy for campaign extensions.
• Collaborate with the Media Optimization team to address concerns, provide strategic guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Proven Team Lead experience (teams of 4+ people).
• Strong hands-on background in Search and Social performance marketing.
