Regular external TL JD with 2 years minimum of TL experience in CSR.

Requirements

Highly motivated and results -oriented Customer Service Supervisor with a strong emphasis on data -driven decision -making and exceptional communication skills. Demonstrates a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing team performance, and leveraging data analytics to drive continuous improvement.

  • At least 2 years Supervisory/Team Lead experience in a BPO set -up
  • Must be willing to work onsite.
  • Must be willing to work on the night shift.
  • Must have experience handling a business -to -business (B2B) account
  • Strong skills in data analytics
  • Good communication skills
