Team Lead / Project Manager
Location: Luxembourg (frequent on-site presence)
Start date: April 2026
Duration: Until May 2027, with possible extension until December 2028
Contract: Freelance only
Tasks:
Act as Team Leader, managing content delivery and coordinating all activities requested by the client under multiple Task Orders 
Understand client needs and help design services related to financial instruments, including identifying and mobilising appropriate experts 
Discuss and agree long-term and short-term Task Orders with the client’s designated manager 
Prepare and manage each Task Order through all phases including design, implementation, monitoring, and reporting 
Supervise the production of required deliverables such as Intermediate Reports and Completion Reports
