Job Description

Team Lead QA Engineering (f/m/d)
To support our QA Engineering team we are searching for a Team Lead QA Engineering (f/m/d) to be based in our Barcelona office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
​​Technical Vision & Strategy: Own the end-to-end test strategy across the entire test pyramid. You will create a cohesive quality vision for the consolidation of technology platforms and align the team to execute it.

Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing QA team. You’ll be responsible for professional development, fostering a culture of empathy, and maintaining high morale.

Hands-on Engineering: You won’t just delegate. You will be part of a sprint team and be active in the codebase, writing automation scripts, conducting rigorous code reviews, and setting the standard for technical excellence.
