Monitor team performance, call quality, and productivity
Conduct coaching, feedback, and performance improvement sessions
Ensure compliance with company policies, KPIs, and quality standards
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new agents
Maintain discipline, attendance, and team engagement
Prepare and submit daily performance and productivity reports
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Team Leader in a BPO or call center
