We are currently seeking a Team Lead – Roads and Highways to lead and grow our Roads and Highways, Traffic Engineering and Transportation Planning (TPTE), and Major Projects practice in British Columbia. This role is a key leadership position within the Transportation Business Center and offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our team through business development, technical excellence, people leadership, and strategic growth.

As a Team Lead, you will be empowered to lead a team of technical professionals and will ultimately be responsible for the performance, growth, and success of this group. You will work closely with Business Center Leadership, discipline leads, and sector leaders to deliver high-quality projects, strengthen client relationships, and advance our market presence across British Columbia and Western Canada.
