We're Hiring: Team Lead – Sales (BPO | Night Shift)
Lead Surge is on the lookout for a driven, high-energy, and performance-focused Sales Team Lead who knows how to build, push, and scale winning sales teams in a fast-paced BPO environment.
If you have hands-on experience, strong floor control, and a sales-driven mindset, this role is for you.
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
What You'll Do:
• Lead and manage a team of sales agents to consistently hit and exceed targets
• Drive daily sales performance through coaching, motivation, and real-time floor support
• Monitor calls, conversions, and KPIs to ensure high productivity
• Conduct coaching sessions, huddles, and performance reviews
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and team engagement
• Implement strategies to improve sales quality and closing ratios
