• Leading a team of 5+ developers, including hiring, mentorship, and managing distributed/remote teams.
• Hands‑on leader who writes code and debug complex issues.
• DevOps mindset: you build it, you run it with hands‑on experience in Kubernetes and cloud providers (GCP preferred).
