Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Develop and test software applications (web & mobile)
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs
• Guide and coordinate the development team
• Plan project timelines with project managers
• Fix bugs, handle change requests, and maintain systems
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Document technical specs and test cases
• Handle system integrations with other platforms
• Lead sprint planning and task allocation

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields with  3+ years experience with at least 4 of these: ReactJS / NodeJS,Native,Java & Spring,SQL Databases
• Experience with UML and design tools (preferred)
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Able to write clean, well-documented code
• Good communication and coordination abilities
