Lead the delivery of job aggregation, matching, placement, and employer engagement for the Wholesale Trade sector under the JSIT-WST programme. Drive partnerships across the jobs ecosystem, deploy job matching technologies, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated jobs and skills outcomes. Accountable for achieving placement KPIs, maintaining dashboards, generating insights, and ensuring audit-ready reporting and grant compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-develop and deliver workforce and job initiatives with internal teams and ecosystem partners.
• Lead job aggregation, profiling, matching, and placement to meet programme KPIs.
• Engage employers to understand hiring needs, onboard them to services, and drive repeat engagement.
• Manage dashboards, analyses data, and generate insights to improve programme performance.
• Collaborate with Jobs, Skills, and Marketing teams to deliver integrated employer solutions.
