Team Lead Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead and coordinate our delivery operations and customer service teams.

Job Duties

The role manages a department of approximately 15–20 colleagues and requires someone who can work across multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, particularly during peak periods and holidays. A hands-on leadership style, strong delegation, and follow-up skills are essential.

• This role oversees three interconnected teams:
  • Delivery Services Office / Concierge (online orders, catering, food service, and home delivery)
  • Shoppers (grocery order picking)
  • Dispatch & Drivers (delivery scheduling and execution)
• Act as the main point of contact for weddings and events, meeting with customers and coordinating across departments to ensure smooth delivery and execution.
