Team Lead Supplier Operations

About the role

The Supplier Operations Team Leader will be responsible for a region, supporting the Centre of Excellence Director, to enable smooth customer transitions from implementation to business-as-usual (BAU). This role drives process efficiencies, monitors supplier compliance, identifies and manages risks, and reports to Senior Supplier Managers for risk mitigation.

The Team Leader ensures adherence to compliance requirements, conducts documents and audit checks, meets SLAs, and maintains accurate data in the Supply Chains Central Database. Collaboration with the Supply Chain Management team is also a key responsibility.
