Team Lead, Procurement

Manage a team of Associate and Intermediate-level supply chain professionals responsible for lifecycle procurement activities for systems, equipment, and materials for the Arctic Offshore Patrol Ships (AOPS) program.

This role ensures safety, schedule adherence, cost optimization, and maximizes Industrial and Technological Advantages (ITB) throughout the Design & Manufacturing (D&M;) phase.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent, high-quality procurement practices across all lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with program goals.
• Build and maintain solid supplier relationships to drive performance and accountability.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team through engagement, skill-building, and competency development.
