Team Leadership

• Partner closely with the Team Manager in shaping and Talent Acquisition (TA) strategies aligned with business goals
• Work side by side with Senior Technology Recruiter and Technical Managers for Technical roles to design and execute effective hiring strategies
• Champion and drive Employer Branding initiatives, partnering with Employee Experience, Digital Marketing partners, and business leaders to strengthen our employer value proposition and reinforce talent attraction
