About you
Essential talents and qualifications:
A Master’s or PhD in Learning & Development is preferred, or alternatively, a similar degree paired with equivalent expertise gained through relevant professional experience. 
Experience in defining and implementing an instructional design approach within a larger organization, including establishing processes for the creation of training materials and assessments throughout all phases of the instructional design lifecycle.
Experienced team manager, leading a group of at least five team members.
Strong people management and communication skills that enable you to easily connect with team members, senior managers, and stakeholders
The capability to make well-informed decisions, using input from your team, and to effectively communicate those decisions to management and stakeholders.
