Team Lead

**Job Description:**



The responsibility of the Team lead is to deliver upon assigned tasks according to assigned trainings.



In addition fullfil other logistic and company related activies; (e.g., maintaining a clean environment, etc.). Collaboration with team lead and supervisor, to support in managing the day to day business.



**Job Requirements:**



· Lead one or multiple incoming and/or outgoing process(es) and corresponding team(s);



· Ensure KPIs are met according to expectation;



· Ensure standardization of process(es) and that everyone follows Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions:



o Maintain compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines;



· Coordinate and monitor workflow, assist in scheduling and prioritize activities in assigned distribution area;
