Team Lead - Visual Engineer

Establish and lead a small Unreal Engine–based production team in Kuala Lumpur. The role combines technical leadership, coordination, and quality assurance, ensuring all deliveries align with Client’s standards, tools, and product roadmap.

The team will support APAC projects and function as an extension of the European Digital Operation team.

What You Will Be Doing – Primarily:

1. Lead and coordinate a local Unreal Engine team (4–5 people).
2. Act as the main interface between APAC and the European Digital Operation team.
3. Ensure compliance with project structures, pipelines, naming conventions, and performance/quality standards.
4. Review and approve deliveries before handover to Europe.
5. Support planning and estimation of visual and simulation work.
6. Contribute hands‑on in Unreal Engine when needed and drive workflow and asset reuse improvements.
