Team Lead, Waste Audits

AET Group is currently seeking an experienced Team Lead, Waste Audits to support and coordinate waste audit teams in the field. This role is field based and involves regular travel across Ontario and throughout Canada. You will lead waste audit activities, direct and support Waste Auditors, and serve as the primary on site contact for Project Managers. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our growth, working on diverse waste projects across Canada, including municipal and ICI waste studies and reduction strategies, material recovery facility commissioning, optimization and quality studies, litter studies, food waste studies, EPR, Circular Economy, and waste reduction planning. Hours vary based on project demands. Early mornings, occasional weekend work and overnight travel may be required.
