Team Leader and Welder

Position

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader & Welder to join industrial and manufacturing teams in Finland. The role combines welding work with supervision responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and coordination of team activities (50 to 70% of welding, and 30 to 50% of supervising).

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/MAG, FCAW or TIG welding tasks when required.
• Supervise daily work of team members and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Plan and schedule shifts and allocate work duties.
• Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with workplace standards.
• Support and guide workers in their tasks.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and used properly.
• Communicate with management regarding daily operations.
